This website is operated by Janto. As a user of this website you agree that any use of this website including any transactions you make is subject to our terms and conditions which are listed below.

Ordering
• You can order products from our website.
• All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be processed the same day. All orders received after 2pm Monday to Friday will be processed the next working day.
• We use Nochex as our payment processor. An acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered will be sent.
• If there is a problem with your order (if the product is out of stock, if there is a problem with your payment) you will be contacted as soon as possible. This contact will be either email or via telephone.
• All images of products are purely for illustration only, and do not form part of the description of the product.
• Janto cannot accept responsibility for any difference between the image on the website and the actual appearance of the product.
• You can pay by any Visa (including Visa Electron), MasterCard and Maestro (including Switch/Solo).
• If the order is part despatched (i.e more than one delivery is required) you will only ever pay one delivery charge.

Delivery
• Delivery is free of charge on orders over £250 to anywhere within mainland UK.
• Delivery cost for orders below £250 will be calculated by standard or next day delivery options – this will be displayed to you within the shopping basket as you add items to the basket.
• On delivery you must inspect the goods carefully for damage as SwabsNeedles.com is unable to accept responsibility for damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of products unless the customer advises us within three working days from the date of delivery.
• We despatch our orders via Royal Mail, DHL or City Link Courier services. We anticipate that all deliveries will arrive as specified, however SwabsNeedles.com cannot accept any liability for any delayed or lost deliveries.
• Please note: Should you require delivery to an address other than the billing address, please ensure that the correct information is provided when ordering. If you provide the incorrect address details, your order may be delayed. We reserve the right to only deliver to the billing address.

Returns and Refunds Policy
• If you would like to return an order please include a covering letter explaining your reasons for return. You can then return the parcel to the below address, providing it meets the following criteria:
• Goods must be returned as sold, (i.e. in the original packaging).
• Any free gifts, or bundled items delivered with the products must also be returned.
• Items of a sanitary nature are also not covered by our Returns policy. These items include needles and syringes
• Items must be returned within 3 days or receipt

Please note: You must organise the return the items at your expense. Returns cannot be accepted without prior consent. If the return is due to a faulty product, or a mistake on behalf of SwabsNeedles.com a courier collection will be arranged. This is entirely at the discretion of SwabsNeedles.com and cannot be requested.

Prices & Payment
• We take payment from your card at the time of purchase. Goods are subject to availability.
• All prices are exclusive of VAT at the current rate, and are shown in Great British Pounds Sterling. Any currency conversion on the website is purely for comparison.
• VAT will be charged on all orders within the UK.

Privacy Policy and Cookies
When you register and use this site you will be asked to provide certain information such as your contact details. We will store this data and hold it on computers or otherwise. We will use this data to fulfill our agreement with you.
